Hotel Review

One of the most exclusive places to stay, in one of the world’s most exclusive Zip Codes. Hotel Jerome is cherished by long-standing locals and lovers of refined après ski on East Main Street. It’s a living celebration of Aspen’s unique heritage, as a Ute Indian summer hunting camp, a silver mining town, and a chi-chi ski resort — the cornerstone of Aspen's social and cultural scene since its opening in 1889. Cowboys, miners, 10th Mountain Division soldiers and Hunter S. Thompson have all ordered pints at the iconic J-bar.

Hotel Jerome prides itself on world-class dining experiences, the ‘Taste of the Land’ menu at Michelin-approved Prospect underpinning this with local delicacies like Mountain Blue corn spread with chokecherry, Montrose beef short rib, and Colorado rainbow trout. Most impressive though are the lavish Residential Suites, promising that special extra something, from a private elevator entrance to expansive outdoor patios, plus three bedrooms, over 2,000 square feet, and of course, spectacular mountain views. Expect roaring fires, full kitchens and beyond sumptuous alpine decor.

Hotel Jerome: Review

The Hotel Jerome is proudly referred to as Aspen’s “crown jewels”, sitting in the heart of the town and epitomising everything it means to be a luxury American ski-lodge – warm, stylish, comfortable and steeped in history. Having recently undergone an almighty refurbishment, the hotel's decadent roots have been updated to suit the modern Aspen traveller. Rooms are cosy, spacious and come complete with custom-blended Jerome toiletries, gluten-free treats and state of the art technology, including plasma TVs and iPads that act as an in-room, interactive concierge service.
