There isn’t enough praise we can give 8 al Mar. A unique, eco-friendly boutique hotel with a network of 11 private suites, eight of which offer seaview, its capacity allows for guests to peacefully enjoy the quiet of its incomparable setting. Situated above Pichilemu’s Pacific Ocean coastline, each room offers floor-to-ceiling windows that boast some of the coast’s best views – rugged landscapes of natural rock pools and formations with crashing waves. Even the bathrooms are designed with large windows for guests to enjoy the sounds and beauty of this ocean-side piece of heaven. Designed using neutral tones and natural woods, rather than disrupting the nature its built on, the hotel embraces its surroundings: from the beautifully crafted dry-wood rails that line the steps of the hotel, to the four, stone slab hot tubs overlooking the ocean. In addition, it’s an establishment that has that cozy, home-like comfort and feel, equipped with a common room with an array of books and throw blankets, as well as snacks and beverages that are self serve. A fresh breakfast with a variety of fruits, breads and pastries, sweets and jams is also served daily to your suit or the common room, dependent on your preference.
