Hotel Review
The Margaret River region has a wonderfully diverse landscape – a lush and rugged coastline, boutique wineries and wild natural beauty – and Cape Lodge is an ideal (and highly luxurious) base to explore it from. Nestled amongst the Yallingup vines, three kilometres from the coast in 40 acres of private parkland, "lodge" is a loose term to describe the place. There are 22 luxury suites and a five bedroom self-contained villa, all kitted out with the best amenities. Relax by the free-form pool or in the heavenly rose garden after you’ve explored the deserted sandy white beaches and limestone caves along the coast. The restaurant has won awards, (and is famous for its 14000 bottle, temperature controlled wine cellar) and offers gourmet cooking lessons that are not to be missed. Produce used is seasonal, local and home grown where possible.
