This gorgeous castle renovation is steeped in history, certainly to the benefit of its themed renovation. A renovation which has curated 6 huge suites with tentative connections to the past alongside luxury furnishings, all creamy with parquet floors and white washed wooden beamed ceilings. The effect is stunning and chic. The pool is the focal point of the hotel, around which all rooms have balconies. Excellent authentic restaurant, bar and terraces. Overall it's an unusual spot, it's not the popular Dubrovnik, but considering how touristic it gets, this is probably the perfect place to be - on a beautiful island within boat rides of all the hot spots.
