Hotel Review
The newest addition to Oban's hotel scene has upped the ante! The Perle Oban Hotel has sixty smart rooms and suites which will satisfy even the pickiest of travellers with their attention to detail including large comfy beds, power showers, Nespresso machines and Bose blue tooth speakers in all standards of accommodation. The decor has been thoughtfully executed, with blues reflecting the coastal location and earthier tones nodding their head to the stunning surrounding scenery. Food wise you won't be disappointed either - at the 1882 Restaurant the emphasis is on championing local produce, so you can expect plenty of seafood landed the same day and steaks from nearby farms. Breakfast is a treat too, with freshly cooked hot dishes and the wow factor coming from a tray full of brightly coloured smoothies to choose from (the kids will particularly like these!). The Perle Oban Hotel is ideal for all sorts, whether you're en route to the islands (the ferry port is just down the road), using Oban as a base for exploring the West Coast, or planning a weekend getaway with a loved one.
