Hotel Review
As the latest offering in Tel Aviv-born hotel group Brown Hotels, The Dave Levinsky provides the brand’s trademark urban glamour at a more budget-friendly price. Each of its 27 rooms is decorated with nostalgic flair, from the patterned wallpaper and oak-panelled furniture to delicately hued pink walls and a burnt orange headboard. On its communal 5th-floor roof terrace, a weekly event, titled ‘Shams,’ entertains guests with art and performances from talented local musicians and DJs. A stocked bar, sun loungers, and a hot tub jazz up the outdoor space further. And while there isn’t a restaurant on-site, a complimentary breakfast is served at two nearby establishments – allowing guests not only to sample some home-cooked Israeli cuisine but to suss out the trendy neighbourhood, too.
