For a bright and beautiful boutique stay in the hip and happening, multicultural 10th (you’re a one-minute walk to Gare du Nord opposite, and the Eurostar) – book 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord. Created by the famed hotel brand Ennismore, the hotel offers a perfectly pampering Parisian stay with excellent food.
The hotel’s dazzling pop-art design is attention-holding and a nod to the arrondissement's influences, it’s colourful and avant-garde: on entering it feels like an art gallery with impressive works of art draping the walls, but also, amiable staff with superb local recommendations and African designer Boutique Gabriela selling clutch bags and accessories in the lobby.
There are a whopping 235 mod-luxe rooms – adorned from head-to-toe in exotic art and design. Book a Medium+ or Large+ room – they come with a brilliant balcony overlooking the streets of Paris; an Extra Large+ includes a standalone bathtub. Pretty African print furnishings aside, there’s in-room art and ornaments, herbaceous lotions and potions, and gorgeous rainfall showers.
The morning breakfast buffet in NENI, the chic restaurant is excellent – there’s a prolific daily spread. This includes freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolates, baguettes, charcuterie, cheeses, jams, and juices. At dinnertime, NENI dishes up tasty pulled beef, creamy hummus, soft pittas, and baba ganoush – staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Why do people love staying in your hotel? Because 25hours offers through its unique concepts an experience in itself no matter the destination: you know one, you know none!
What is there to do in the area? You can walk to the magnificent Montmartre district in 20 minutes and reach the relaxing Canal Saint-Martin in less than 15 minutes. Thanks to numerous public transport links, it's quick and easy to get to all the must-see places in Paris.
What kind of breakfast do you offer? The hotel offers a hearty sweet and savory buffet breakfast.
Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? Our hotel works with NENI family restaurants. This brand is an ode to the family bond shared by Haya Molcho and her sons - Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv and Ilan. Rooted in the Molcho family's commitment to conviviality, every NENI meal echoes the cherished tradition of gathering around a generous table with loved ones. The flavor of fresh herbs brings to life foods like hummus and falafel, and is inspired by Israeli, Romanian and Spanish cuisine, as well as French influences. La Brasserie Bellanger and le Café des Deux Gares are two of our favorites restaurants in the district.
Which are your most popular room types, and why? Our “Plus” categories offer a breathtaking view over the Gare du Nord station and on the Sacré Coeur for the luckiest.
What facilities do you have for children, and can you fit extra beds in your rooms? Children's play equipment is available on Sunday mornings. We also provide cots in rooms if necessary.
What message would you like to give The Hotel Guru readers? We're expecting you, even from this summer - Paris is not just going to be about the Olympics, and we offer great deals the weeks before and after.
Street-art loving visitors to Paris will be enamoured by this new-gen lifestyle hotel at Gare du Nord. The district’s dazzling ethnic diversity inspires the bright, brilliant contemporary décor; rooms combine zany low and hi-tech comforts; and the fusion restaurant and cocktail bar are A-lister material.
