Hotel review

This immaculate property feels more like an exclusive and well-established country club than a resort. Set on a cliff top with glorious views of Jimbaran bay, the tropical terraced gardens descend down to a mile long beach. Elegant thatched villas decorated with traditional Balinese textiles and artefacts lead out to private walled gardens, each with their own pool and living pavilion. The choice of facilities is dizzying and includes an award-winning spa, tennis courts, a state of the art gym and even a cookery school. The mature gardens, attentive service and excellent food make the five open air restaurants especially enjoyable. A firm favourite is the seafood restaurant on the beach where you can eat barefoot with your feet in the sand.
