"Grace Cafayate, which opened in 2013 as the first international luxury resort in town, is a glorious place to relax. Along with 12 rooms and suites in the main building, it has 20 two-bedroom villas spread through desert gardens, decorated in neutral, earthy tones and warmed by fireplaces and hot tubs on their terraces, which look out over the vineyards and mountains. There’s a championship golf course and a four-room spa."
