Rovinj's oldest hotel, in a building from 1892, the Adriatic underwent a slick renovation in 2015. It has 18 rooms and a hip seafront café-restaurant, and walls hung with works by 14 international contemporary artists. A true boutique hotel, it stays open all year - ideal for a winter break or a summer honeymoon.
