Experience ‘The Good Life” at Tenuta Pilastru. This totally charming agro-tourism resort is housed in a historic former farmhouse. Accommodation is spread amongst several outbuildings dotted around 80 acres of beautifully maintained grounds - with plenty of shady spots to park yourself and a good book. Its farmhouse interiors continue throughout the property – rooms are decorated in a rustic style with ombre walls and original exposed beams, whilst including all the hotel home comforts (minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and more). Meals are a treat. Home cooked, home grown or locally sourced meals include fresh pastas and delicious wines. You can even partake in a cooking class to learn chef’s secrets! Or why not traverse Sardinia’s rolling hills by horse-back or pay a visit to Tenuta Pilastru’s cow farm? One for the animal lovers. Wellness fans will gravitate towards the spa, where treatments include Himalayan Salt Body Scrubs and Granite rock massages. Or just while away an afternoon by the pool. In short, Tenuta Pilastru is a relaxing and holistic break of astoundingly good value. Children welcome too.
