This hotel within the walled city of Aigues Mortes provides for all of the family. A 15th century building, with original features hosts 14 rooms, each with modest sophistication and Provencale furnishings. The gardens are neat and lovely for enjoying tea or reading a book. The hotel has a majestic stone staircase, indoor pool and spa facilities. The restaurant is consistently good and classically French. It's walking distance from the sights of town, although a car is needed to reach the beach (15 minutes drive) or further adventures in nearby towns of Avignon and Nimes.
