Hotel Review
This 200-year-old restored farmhouse is modern and comfy, yet retains an authentic Ibizan charm. With a backdrop of mountains and orchards, the hotel has a stunning, secluded setting. Inside there’s a dining room (with family-sized oak table) and two sitting rooms, while outside you’ll find an enticing swimming pool, complete with bar, Jacuzzi and sun beds. With just nine bedrooms – all with crisp white linen, wooden beams, exposed stone walls and private terraces – Can Gall is ideal for a variety of holidays from family gatherings to romantic getaways. Breakfast is a real feast, with other meals cooked on request, apart from in high season when the kitchen operates full-time. Welcoming owners Santi and Anna epitomise a ‘can-do approach’ and are happy to organize anything from babysitters and masseurs to bike rental and hot-air ballooning.
