“Tropical island resort situated on an islet just off the north coast of Principe - Africa's answer to the Galapagos. A selection of luxury bungalows extending across two beaches with lush rainforest as a backdrop. Ideal for a beach holiday with plenty to do for those who prefer a bit more action.”

Hotel review

Bom Bom Island resort, just off the north coast of Principe island offers 20 bungalows, all either overlooking the beach, garden or pool. The hotel itself is spread out along two private beaches and the bungalows provide modern accommodation, each with its own verandah and view. Decor is simple but smart. Amble down a 230 metre wooden walkway and you'll reach another islet where the restaurant, bar and a small marina are located. A great spot for a cocktail or simply enjoying dinner with a view! For those who don't simply want to lie in the sun, the hotel will happily arrange birdwatching trips, forest hikes, four wheel drive safaris, snorkelling expeditions and much more, exploring the volcanic coastlines and the tropical ecosystem in the stunning rainforests and historic plantations.
