Across the road from Hemingway haunt Floridita and overlooking Parque Central, Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski’s central location is ideal for exploring Old Havana and the rest of the capital. A Peek Inside Gran Hotel Manzana

Kempinski has turned the historic Manzana de Gómez building—built between 1894 and 1917, originally as Cuba’s first European-style shopping arcade, and later expanded to includes theaters, offices, and a school—into a 246-room hotel, complete with three bars, three restaurants, a top-floor gym, a rooftop pool, and a nearly 10,000-square-foot spa.
