Hotel Modigliani feeds one's artistic imagination with every gorgeous Florentine room, flower covered terrace, courtyard, and fruit piled kitchen table. It's the flora and fauna of hotels (the decoration is flora and the guests are fauna). 20 rooms, 2 suites, 1 family room and 2 apartments cater to families, friends and couples - there's no need to go somewhere unromantic on a family holiday. The breakfast room, sitting room, and central courtyard that have equal artistic flair and charm. Absolutely lovely and not too expensive.

Why do people love staying in your hotel? People love stay here because we are a family run small boutique hotel in the core of the city centre
What is there to do in the area or on site? In the elegant lobby and in the other common area there is free wifi connection; the breakfast room hosts a bar during the afternoon; a little garden courtyard on the first floor is a quiet haven after long tourist days.
What kind of breakfast do you offer? We offer a large continental breakfast: eggs, bacon, potatoes, grilled vegetables, croissants, seasonal fruits, cereals, different kind of fresh breads, home-made cookies and pies, jams, yoghurt, cursed meat, cheese
Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? During the afternoon it is possible to eat or have drinks in the bar: guests could choose among the most popular Italian dishes (lasagne, cannelloni, and carbonara) and drinks (the best Italian wines). In addition, during the check in, we offer our guests a newsletter with all the useful hints including a restaurant lists.
Which are your most popular room types, and why? Most popular rooms are: standard double with balcony for the couples (it is a romantic small room because of the balcony), superior rooms (elegant spacious rooms on the top floor with little terraces and view), garden apartment that is the ideal for families as it is composed by two separate but adjoining rooms with two bathrooms, a common patio and a private patio per room.
What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms? Some of the rooms could have a baby cot (for free) or a roll-away bed. Garden apartment, superior room and independent apartment are the ideal for families with kids.
