“A chic little boutique hotel in the 15th Arrondissement. Taking its inspiration from the Italian Riviera motels of the 1970s, you can expect rooms styled as elegant travel cabins featuring lacquered wood headboards and terrazzo tiled bathrooms. Don't miss the roof top with bar and hot tub. Superb!”

Hotel review

Location is everything in Paris. The Wallace is a clean lined boutique hotel to retreat to in the 15th Arrondissement. It offers simple pared back comfort and perfect peace. Rooms deliver everything you might need – comfortable beds (both doubles and twins), perfectly formed bathrooms with white tiles, fresh towels and the Orso’s signature citrusy lotions and potions as well as little cubby holes for tea and coffee making kits and space to unpack a little. Come evening, the roof top terrace is a mini scene, ideal for Aperol spritzes, French crisps and views of the city. Downstairs in the basement, breakfast is served. Boil your own eggs or go continental with a choice of cheeses, hams, breads, yoghurt, granola and nuts. Whilst not an obvious address, this hidden gem is within walking distance of some dangerously good Parisian fashion hits – including the like of Gerald Darel and Claudie Pierlot. There’s also a Monoprix within minutes, for cheap chic finds and to keep teenagers happy, as well as a superb nearby pharmacy for excellent skincare and bathroom products (pharmacies are a thing in Paris). Check out time is generous – 12pm – so you can take your time before hitting the city for more cultural and shopping highs.
