You may think that waitresses in traditional dress and bedrooms themed on local crafts – from the simple Lavandière (washerwoman) to the grander Vigneron (wine grower) is not for you, but we found La Beursaudière delightful rather than contrived: a thoughtful, charming, family-run concern in lovely Burgundian buildings. The popular, atmospheric all-day restaurant serves excellent food.

What is there to do in the area? Many, many things to see or to visit, Gastronomy and history, Chablis and Auxerre vineyard, old middle aged villages and small towns, castles churches abbeys and nice landscapes
What kind of breakfast do you offer? "Help yourself" buffet in the old vaulted wine cellars, fresh and home made produces
Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? We do have a good traditional restaurant (known in the French gastronomical guides) and we can recommend others around
Which are your most popular room types, and why? We have 11 different rooms at different prices and they are all nice, the subjective part of peoples mind makes the choice.
