Langrish is a traditional country house hotel of 17th century origins which has been in the same family for seven generations; it certainly retains the feeling of a private family home with the added bonus of friendly, efficient service (some of the staff have been here since they opened 15 years ago). Set within 14 acres of gardens and grounds in a landscape of exceptional beauty in the heart of the South Downs National Park, Langrish has 13 comfortably old fashioned bedrooms. All are individually decorated in traditional chintzy style with antique furniture and bathrooms with good length baths. An award winning restaurant, Fredricks, boasts 2 AA Rosettes, plus candle-lit stone vaults where you can choose to have a romantic dinner as well. There are mature gardens to walk in, including, a Wedding Bothy for civil ceremonies. Perfect for a few days de-stress.
