The alpine outpost of the chic Jeu de Paume in Paris, this chalet style hotel certainly delivers in terms of style too. Traditionally decorated with pine everywhere, it offers comfy leather armchairs in the bar, big squashy sofas and huge open fire with antlers above! The perfect spot for relaxing with that apres ski drink or pre dinner aperitif. Rooms are traditional in flavour and all have sunny balconies with views of either the Argentiere valley or the Chamonix peaks. If you'd prefer to be more independent, the Emmanuelle Cottage sleeps six and is right next door. Here you can use all the hotel facilities or go it alone. The restaurant is another big pull and has a reputation of being one of the best in the Chamonix Valley, which is no mean feat considering the Michelin starred competition. For resting those muscles after a day on the slopes, there is plenty on offer too. Enjoy a sauna, hammam, hot tub, swim or massage in the spa.
