Situated just twenty minutes from the centre of Edinburgh, Norton House is ideal for those looking for a city break, but with a more rural feel. Set amid fifty five hectares it is hard to believe that the buzzing city of Edinburgh is just down the road. Very much a country house on the outside, the bedrooms at Norton House have a much more contemporary feel, with muted tones, leather headboards and tilevision TVs in the bathroom if you opt for anything above a classic room. Other highlights include a spa with 18 metre heated pool and great brasserie style dining. Ideal for business travellers (extensive conference and meetings facilities) or indeed any travellers - it's just 2 miles from Edinburgh airport.
