Key West is party central for most visitors to the Florida Keys but, when you don’t want the full-on party 24/7 and you prefer to be on the fringe of the wildly eclectic bar and entertainment scene, you want Parrot Key, a sophisticated bolthole that is ultra-handy for the nearby frenzy but nicely insulated from it all.
