Hotel Review
Close to the lively coastal city of Nafplio, this 13 suite hotel sits above its own orange and olive grove. The handsome main building houses a spacious reception area with bar and sofa seating. Staff are warm and welcoming.
The guest rooms are adjacent to and level with the pool, slope straight from bed to sun lounger. Each individual space has a kingsize bed, en suite shower and a balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the rolling countryside. The setting is both calming and peaceful.
One of the highlights is eating at the hotel's Farm-to-Table restaurant thanks to the culinary creativity of the female Cretian chef. Each evening she offers a choice of three starters and mains from the daily changing set menu. Expect a fusion of unusual flavours and clever spins on authentic Greek food. A pot of homemade marmalade with carrot is given as a going away gift.
