“A charming hotel in the heart of Snowdonia. The comfortable interiors feature artwork by regional artists with a nod to the area's mining heritage. There's a restaurant serving simple fare, a cosy bar, garden, and a terrace with wonderful mountain views. The perfect choice to get away from it all.”

Plas Weunydd Snowdonia hotel review

This sturdily handsome, grey and white hotel was once the family home of the Greaves family, who owned and ran the Llechwedd slate mine near Blaenau Ffestiniog in Gwynedd. Today, it’s been redesigned with adventurers in mind and raucous kids, daredevil teens, go-getting grannies and muddy dogs are all catered for.
