Vienna's famous concert hall, the Sofiensäle, has been wonderfully converted into a stylish, contemporary hotel in the city centre. On approach, the hotel is an outwardly striking baroque concert hall but inside lies a sleek, modern hotel. The rooms are simple and spacious, with white wash colour schemes and minimal furnishings. The high-end rooms have adjoined patio seating areas with views out over the red rooftops of Vienna. Downstairs the bar is the perfect place to start the evening with a beer or cocktail before heading out in Vienna's city centre for a meal. Vienna's major sights and attractions are all within walking distance from the hotel and for anything further afield, Wien Mitte metro stop is a couple of minutes walk away. An excellent place to stay to unlock the treasures of the former imperial capital.
