“Set in a Renaissance-style building, this grand hotel stands proudly in the beating heart of Munich. Stylish rooms have a relaxed vibe with sleek lines, chrome, and wood. There's a refined French restaurant, chic bar, and a lounge with library. Add in a spa, pool, and gym, for a special city escape.”

Sofitel Munich Bayerpost

This 400-plus-room high-end hotel offers a lot, including historic and modern architecture, a very good restaurant and well-designed modern rooms. The Oktoberfest’s Theresienwiese station is one U-Bahn stop away – to avoid the proverbial sardine-like trains and platforms, it’s a much more pleasant 10-minute walk.
