“The oldest operating hotel in NYC, dating back to 1805, nestled on the Bowery in SoHo. Contemporary rooms feature exposed brick walls, modern artworks and have a vintage feel. Two bars and two restaurants on site, mean there's nightlife on tap. A chic, affordable city pad.”

According to the current owners this 98-room former flophouse is New York's oldest hotel. Now a fashionable budget option in the regenerated Bowery, it offers rooms of exposed brick offset by soft yellow tones in five categories, the best being 400sq ft Regency Plus. Boho-chic never looked so good.
