“A beautifully designed boutique townhouse on the borders of Belgravia and Chelsea. Gorgeous interiors are the epitome of sophisticated elegance with muted palettes accessoried by antiques and original period features. The best have garden views. A boutique hideaway with a homely vibe.”

Hotel Review
They say if you hang around long enough in Sloane Square you are bound to bump into someone you know! And in case you want to test this theory where better to stay than The Chelsea Townhouse. Although just two minutes’ walk away from one of the busiest inter-changes in London, the hotel is an absolute haven of peace and tranquillity. The downstairs bar and breakfast room open directly onto the private and secluded Cadogan Gardens, and several of the bedrooms overlook this green space. The hotel is brilliantly located for trendy boutique shopping, fashionable restaurants and meeting friends. And if you are in London on business then this makes an ideal work base. Recently renovated, this classic London townhouse has generous proportions and many attractive period features. The bedrooms are airy and spacious (a big bonus for London) helped by the high ceilings and neutral colour palette. There is nothing jarring. The decor is deliberately soothing and restful. Carefully selected antique furniture, prints and paintings give you a sense of ‘place’, and the rooms have been very well thought out with all the mod cons - LED TV, DAB radio, ironing board, coffee station, and air conditioning. If you are lucky enough to have a room with a garden view you will wake up to the gentle chirruping of the birds rather than the noise of traffic. There’s no in-house restaurant but there are more than enough within walking distance, including sister hotel No 11 Cadogan Gardens’ own Hans Bar and Grill for delicious all day food which you can just charge to your room - easy. Low key, discrete and very very comfortable with attentive and friendly staff too. Highly recommended for a London stay.
