Hotel review

Part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, this waterfront hotel, which opened in 2018, is the newest addition to the Rodney Bay scene in northern St Lucia. The Miami-style interiors are all about clean lines, nautical colours and polished metal finishes. A statement penthouse restaurant serves fine-dining Italian cuisine, while a sushi deck, Swiss bakery and outdoor pizzeria add to the international food offerings. Rooms are spacious with super-king-sized beds and most look out onto the harbour. Luxury touches include Nespresso machines and Bvlgari bath products. This is not an all-inclusive and so you won’t be woken to the sound of aqua aerobics, instead, the pool area is a tranquil spot with marina views. The beach is a 10-minute water taxi across to Pigeon Island where towels and chairs are provided by the hotel.
