This gracious and luxurious purpose built latest branch of Leela Hotels and Resorts is an airy, delicate, Mughal-pretty haven of marble and glass, with touches of pink and gold, amid soaring ceilings, walls of windows, astonishing Murano glass chandeliers and the prettiest of mirrors, lamps and specially commissioned artworks. It has four restaurants, including the first ever branch of New York’s legendary Le Circle, an intimate library bar, flower-filled terraces and gardens, an instantly soothing, labyrinthine Espa spa, a rooftop pool and elegant, superbly equipped bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the sort of gentle, attentive, personal service that only Asians can naturally provide.
