Guest can start the day with freshly squeezed fruit juices followed by Eggs Benedict, egg white omelette or a parsley, cheese and ham omelette. There is also our exceptional French toast, or any of our local products, featuring our bakery, pastry, cheeses or freshly sliced fruits. During thesummer as an alternative, guests can have breakfast outside on the Terrace, overlooking the pool and our beautiful gardens.
Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? Our Seteais restaurant serves traditional dishes, for lunch and dinner, like cod fish or the famous Cataplana.
Colares Wines showcases one of Europe’s oldest wine-producing regions, neighbouring Colares, and the Ramisco and Malvasia grape varieties. Guests can enjoy wine tastings in the Seteais Colares DOC room in the hotel. Fine local wines are accompanied by tapas and excellent tasting menus.

Which are your most popular room types, and why? The palace has 30 spacious and well-lit rooms, each unique in its decoration and view. All rooms are different but the superior rooms with valley view and premium rooms are the most popular room types.
There are 5 premium rooms, each one with a special characteristic like an old bathtub or a private terrace. Regarding the valley view superior rooms, they all offer a breath-taking views over the Sintra valley to the Atlantic ocean.
Of course we have a presidential suite that is always taken by the lovely couples that have their fairy tale weddings at Tivoli Palácio de Seteais.
What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms ? Even though Tivoli Palácio de Seteais is not often chosen by families with children, most of the rooms can fit an extra bed and we also have connecting rooms. The children can enjoy our gardens, swimming pool and tennis courts. We also suggest a pic nic at our gardens, a great option during the warmer days.
