“To call Vana a spa or retreat does not cover it; it is a philosophy. Combining ancient Indian and Tibetan traditions be transported into a realm of peace and tranquility. Rooms have natural decor and colour palettes and include private balconies. Cuisine is health conscious. Minimum seven nights.”

Hotel review

Having won countless awards since its opening in 2013 Vana is shaking things up in the world of wellness retreats. Combining five star luxury with a level of spiritual authenticity one would normally only expect to find at the most ardent of ashrams. Using the ancient holistic principles of Ayurveda and Sowa rigpa to assess guests physical and emotional requirements, each stay at Vana is tailor-made. Following your prior assessment and discussed goals a personalised plan will be suggested. Following from this all treatments, meals and length of stay will be advised. There are almost as many treatment rooms as there are bedrooms and with daily yoga, meditation and water therapies you will find endless means to unwind. Designed by Esteva i Esteva architects their holistic approach is woven into the property's very foundations. Nature and the environment is at the heart of this verdant 21 acre estate and all dishes are organic and seasonal. Whilst alcohol is served clean eating and clean living is advised. Feel cared for in a way you have not experienced since childhood. A truly unique and uplifting stay, you will leave a different person.
