Sizeable but comfortable hotel overlooking St Tropez and Pampelonne bays that deserves its five star 'agreable' rating from Michelin. A perfect place to relax. Chateau with entertaining moorish turrets, windows and cleverly designed courtyard that incorporates the end of the pool. Sit in the quiet gardens and look through the trees, or on your balcony with treetop canopy views and admire the sunlit bays below. Far enough from the crowds, it's totally quiet and secluded. Swim in the outside pool overlooking the bay but sheltered from any winds by attractive surrounding rooms, or try the warm indoor pool whose end peeks into the open courtyard. If this is not enough to relax you, try the spa, that delivers a massage that will sort out any remaining knots of stress. Reception rooms decorated with modern art and jolly yellow walls provide ample places to sit and relax inside. The restaurant is very good and good value, especially by St Tropez standards. Highly recommended.
