Hotel review

A unique property and one of Rishikesh's finest. Attention to detail is key and each of The Glasshouse's rooms are uniquely and painstakingly designed and furnished. Featuring capacious four posters facing the direction of large windows with views. Traditional Indian artwork decorates the walls, whilst locally sourced geometric print fabrics add colour and a vintage design. All benefit from sitting areas and large bathrooms. There are countless delightful nooks to relax in; from the balconies overlooking the river, along the hotel's private riverbank 'beach', under the shade of a mango tree or in the tranquil living area. There is also a well stocked library for you to dip your nose into. Continental and Indian dishes are served but for the best flavours opt for the latter. A truly unique property that you have to experience to comprehend its charm.
