Barcelona's city centre can feel very frenetic at times so stepping off the bustling streets into the Hostal Grau is a welcome break from all the frenzy. Everything is simple and smart, from the stylish rooms to the hotel's conscientious approach to the environment. From it's sustainable energy consumption programme to it's bicycle scheme, Hostal Grau's proactive approach to the environment is something we should all aspire to. It's hotel service is pretty good too, with stylish, minimalist rooms that offer a great balance of comfort and creativity. The hotel's bar serves up delicious cocktails that will set you up nicely for exploring the sights and sounds of Barcelona's world famous night scene. A great location and cheap room rates is a combination that's pretty hard to argue with.
