The ultimate romantic address to impress in a city that does not lack competition for that title. Get dressed up if you want to fit in while staying here, because Les Ottomans is where some of Turkey’s most beautiful people come to play, and unless you have at least three costume changes every day you will feel under-dressed. Yes, it feels like a film set, and a big-budget production at that, but it is utterly gorgeous, the food and drink live up to the price tag, and the view across the Bosphorus from the pool terrace (which turns into an intimate disco on summer evenings) is to die for.
