Hotel review

There are many mid-range hotels in Malta that serve a purpose, and most of those with questionable, dated décor, but the excellently situated Osborne Hotel has a little extra for a hotel of its class and offers the perfect bolt-hole in the capital. Recently refurbished, this hotel has bright and clean rooms with some much-needed modern touches such as a flat-screen TV and contemporary fittings. Ask for a room with a view over the harbour and you can enjoy the small pool located on the 6th floor of the hotel. The character of this old townhouse remains true to its roots in the reception area, bar and lounge on the first floor.
