A recent refurnbishment and conversion to hotel has been hotly antcipated. It doesn't dissapoint - effortlessly cool and collected service meets Belle Époque-era luxury and the result is unbeatable. The sea-facing suites captivate with their timeless elegance and stunning views, offering an unparalleled experience of waking up to the gentle sound of the sea. The hotel's Florio Restaurant is a culinary delight, famed for its Sicilian specialties such as tonnarelli with raw red prawns.
