“A gorgeous boutique hideaway on Sloane Street. Crafted from two Georgian townhouses, interiors are quintessentially British with glorious mis-matched fabrics and jewel-like colours througout. Sir Frank's Bar is buzzing and the restaurant is superb. For an intimate 5* stay it doesn't get much better.”

Hotel review

If it's exceptionally beautiful interiors, a prime Chelsea location and a luxurious, intimate haven that you’re looking for in Central London, your search is over! Beaverbrook Town House is all that and more. Created from two Georgian townhouses overlooking Cadogan square, it’s like an elegant home-from-home with very helpful and friendly staff. The vibe is quintessentially British, with a little hint of Japan (in some of the artworks and the restaurant). In fact it’s unbridled luxury but in a low-key, quirky, friendly style. Nothing is forced or feels pretentious. It’s just perfectly tasteful. There are fourteen rooms and suites, each named after a London theatre and each adorned with theatre posters and black and white photos pertaining to that venue. The interiors are country house chic with four poster beds, stunning fabrics and beautifully tiled bathrooms featuring both walk-in showers and baths. Colours are rich and sumptuous and this is continued throughout the property from the staircase (lined with yet more London posters – transport ones too here) to the cute little reception area. The ground floor is where you’ll find the bar and restaurant. Sir Frank’s Bar is a fun place, crammed with both hotel guests and locals. Who wouldn’t want to sit amid such gorgeous surroundings, sipping on craft cocktails? The Fuji Grill Sushi Bar is also a popular hangout. With its extensive menu, you’ll be treated to some of the finest Japanese cuisine in town, in a lovely space which is light and airy with a fantastic ceiling skylight to allow in extra light. Breakfast is enjoyed here too – one of the best we’ve enjoyed in a London hotel in a long time. Perfectly executed and cooked to order (you can tell a lot from a poached egg). Delicious! Little added extras include a complimentary minibar and snacks, access to Cadogan Gardens and the tennis courts. If you want an intimate, boutique luxury hideaway, then look no further. Beaverbrook Town House has nailed it!
