Hotel Review
Located at one end of a 1.5km U-shaped protected, pebbly beach with beautiful crystal clear water, two tavernas within 5 minutes walk, good size swimming pool and really not much else, the Bella Mare is ideal for relaxing and forgetting about the cares of the world. It's not particularly sophisticated in terms of additional facilities, but the comfortable rooms are a good size, the decor is elegant and stylish with lovely bathrooms and all come with balcony or terrace for soaking up the gorgeous views. A pool bar serves drinks and light meals all day and is open till late so that you can enjoy your favourite tipple whilst the sun sets, drenching the Albanian hills across the bay in lovely pink hues. In the evening, the delights of Kassiopi beckon, with its numerous restaurants and tavernas plus other entertainment including Greek dancing and karaoke, and only a 25 minute walk or 7 euro taxi ride away. Bella Mare is a hidden gem that is the perfect solution for families wanting to satisfy a range of ages. Whether you want to enjoy the best of the watersports (the Corfu Sailing Club is a short stroll along the beach) or simply relax by the pool with a good book.
