Florence is divided into four historical neighbourhoods: Santa Croce, San Giovanni, Santa Maria Novella and Santo Spirito. Each quarter takes the name from a place of worship located within its area; Santa Croce is home to the principal Franciscan church in Florence, The Basilica di Santa Croce. This pretty bed and breakfast sits within a historic building in the Santa Croce area, a stone's throw from the Basilica di Santa Croce. Many of the building's original features have been preserved, adding a heritage feel to the guesthouse; rooms are bright and airy and the quadruple family room has a pretty, traditional balcony. There are a number of options for families travelling with children; the largest room can accommodate three children, which is brilliant for a centrally located B&B with good value rooms. Groups can book multiple rooms in the hotel, which is perfect for two or more couples travelling together. Enjoy an in-room continental breakfast before you head out for the day.
