Nestled in a 200-tree olive grove on the edge of Foiano della Chiana in the Arezzo province, Borgo 69 has twelve 1-3 bedroom luxury serviced villa suites, complemented by a large and long shared infinity pool, indoor-outdoor wellness space, extensive market garden and deli-restaurant shop, Emporio di Ines which opens in the middle March for the summer season with new cicchetti and new cocktails. Monday nights is Pizza night and Tuesday nights is Supper Club with a fixed menu that changes every week.

Each villa features split level living spaces with luxury en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living area that includes a bespoke fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the stunning Tuscan skyline dotted with Cyprus trees. The outdoor space at each villa includes a private terrace or garden planted with Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Villa suites are rented on a minimum 3-night stay basis, including breakfast, daily maid service and in-room smart device pre-programmed with recommendations.

The 20m shared heated infinity pool is surrounded by a terraced garden complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, beach towels and changing rooms. Villa guests have access to Fontelunga Hotel's tennis courts, wellness space and bicycles.

NEW for 2024 is Narnia a speakeasy which is hidden away behind wallpapered doors. For adults only, it has a pool table, comfy sofas and armchairs as well as an honesty bar and a large screen for movie nights.
