Hotel Review
This rather eccentric collection of self-catering suites (seven of them sleeping 2-5 people) and one large yurt (sleeping 6) offers eco friendly accommodation (solar powered) and a relaxed atmosphere. Each brightly decorated suite has its own terrace and stunning valley views. Then theres a large pool and sun bathing area, a yoga hall with twice weekly yoga sessions, and a charming breakfast room in the garden. It's a perfect choice for a laid-back weekend exploring the Natural Park, coastline, and pretty villages in the surrounding area. It's also excellent value.

Why do people love staying in your hotel?
Casa el Morro is very relaxing and peaceful and is located in a quiet area. Guest particularly like our décor and the attention to detail. Our guests feel like they are staying in a home from home.
What is there to do in the area or on site?
We are next to La geria, and the Timanfaya National Park. The area is full of superb walking and the volcanoes are close by too.
What kind of breakfast do you offer?
We offer home made products including cakes, assorted marmalades, organic seeded bread and natural yoghurt. We also have a small farm where we have some vegetables and hens too, which provide the free range eggs!
Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally?
We recommend a charming restaurant in the town of Uga, only 5 minutes from Casa el Morro. It is a rural restaurant and certainly not “posh”. But the food is great and not expensive.
Which are your most popular room types, and why?
El aljibe is popular with honeymooners; it is very romantic and private.
Leo is also popular because of its terrace and beautiful private garden.
Raquel is the biggest house on the property. It´s very popular with families or groups of 4 or 5 members.
