We use fresh seasonal produce to prepare dishes using Moroccan and Mediterranean recipes. As we are in the mountains, there are no other nearby restaurants. Which are your most popular room types, and why? Adrar rooms. “Adrar” is Moroccan Berber for “mountain” and these rooms are very quiet with views across the gardens to the summits of the mountains.
