Short Break France
They have imbued this 19th-century mansion with an arty-yet-relaxing atmosphere: you feel as if you're staying with very tasteful friends. The location, a short metro ride from the centre, is slightly inconvenient but this is mitigated by the tranquillity and space. Breakfast (the only meal served) is taken in the dining room or on the garden terrace by the pool.
