Hailing from a time when visitors to Nice went to elegant townhouses that reflected the tastes of equally elegant hostesses, this quintessential Belle Époque hotel had begun to look tired. Happily, Le Grimaldi is back on top form since its takeover by aptly named HappyCulture Collection.
