Hotel review

It's almost difficult to believe Morgan's Rock Ecolodge exists after burrowing your way through 4,000 acres rainforest but it's there alright. It's a vision of isolation and tranquility nestled amidst the jungle and overlooking a divine private beach. Rooms take the form of charming cabana treehouses dotted amongst the leafy canopy. Each is masterfully designed with delightful interiors and sublime views over the sea. The balconies make for great places to spend an afternoon unwinding with a book. Spend a day with a guide exploring the surrounding rainforest or a take a sea fishing trip with one of the hotel's fisherman. The hotel's superb restaurant specialises in home farm cooking with sixty percent of ingredients grown or produced on site. With birdsong in the air, it makes for a magnificent, romantic getaway.
