A host of good things collide to make the Pulitzer a great choice for Amsterdam. Located in the historic centre, fronting onto two of the most picturesque canals, key sights, shopping and nightife abound nearby. Consisting of 25 interlinking 17th and 18th century canal houses, yet packed with modern comforts, it offers the best of both worlds. Characterful historic architecture melds with contemporary features, especially in the supremely comfortable bedrooms, which sport both antique and modern furniture, and modern artworks. The many nods to Dutch culture include reception desks sporting Delft blue tiles and exposed beams and flooring referencing old Dutch wharehouses. The restaurant, Jansz, serves innovative and tasty dishes, there's a cosy cocktail bar, and a garden café within the lovely inner courtyard.
