Situated in on a 12-hectare agricultural estate, Sant Joan de Binissaida is an elegant rural retreat offering exceptional tranquility, top-notch food and far-reaching views of the countryside. Sophisticated à la carte lunches and dinners in the restaurant and more casual brunches served under the pine trees make use of home-grown fruit and vegetables and locally sourced meat and seafood. Spend lazy days lounging by the large saltwater pool and enjoying massages, or take advantage of the regular yoga and aqua aerobics classes, borrow a bike to explore the coastal Cami de Cavalls, or follow the footpath down to a small swimming cove (10 mins walk). The hotel’s 15 rooms and suites are spread between the 18th century house and the converted stable buildings. All are different in size and design, but feature sleek bathrooms and a tasteful mix of antique and modern furnishings. Adjoining double and twin rooms in the former stables are ideal for families. A picturesque venue for weddings and events, the hotel can be booked in its entirety, and includes a well-equipped meeting room and a large pavilion with retractable roofing that seats 200 comfortably.
