Situated on the edge of the Julian Kranjska Gora in the Slovenian Alps, the Suite Hotel Klass has spacious sunny suites and a coffee shop but guests must eat out or prepare their own meals at night in the small kitchens within the suites as there is no restaurant at the hotel. Generous breakfasts include a wide selection of fresh local produce. There are beautiful views of the valley from most rooms and scrupulously helpful and friendly staff who seem genuinely interested in ensuring guests have a good experience of Slovenia. The hotel is a twenty minute walk from the nearest chairlift so a shuttle minibus service runs every day to the ski area which includes a World Cup slalom course. Slovenia is not the most fashionable destination for a skiing holiday but for a young family who would like to try something new, this hotel and resort would be ideal.
